"On a road trip from Michigan I came in on Saturday at 3:30 (a half hour before closing) and on a memorial day weekend to boot, desperately needing a rear tire, which was worn and had a piece of metal in it. Jamey the service writer, who knew I was traveling and a long way from home, took one look at the tire and did not hesitate in getting one of the techs to stay over to swap out the tire. Shaun was the tech who volunteered to stay to put my tire on, was very professional and did a great job, quickly swapping out the tire. Not once did I hear any of the guys complaining that they had to stay over. The techs and Jamey were great and never tried to rush us out of there. Tink gave us some great suggestions for roads to hit with lots of twisties and great directions as well. I also had some technical questions for the techs and they were able to answer them for me with clear and concise explanations. All in all you guys saved my trip and did a great job getting me back on the road in quick time frame. Keep up the great work. Thanks again and sorry to keep y'all late on a holiday weekend. P.S. Management: give those guys a raise-they deserve it!! Thanks Again guys!!"
