"We were on vacation, found we had trouble, had a flat tire on the rear of her 08 softail , hoppi sent a trailer to pick up the bike, I thought that was so awesome, then I found that my 03 Roadking had a bad tire on the rear of it, so called hoppi back and he got both bikes right in, the scale doesn't go high enough thanks to the service dept. hoppi and crew got us back on the road again. ps. "We were taking a well-deserved vacation from reality at Babcock State Park w/ family. Just before going on a bike-ride at 3p.m. on a Saturday, Kent heard a strange noise coming from the starter. We looked for a dealership in the HOG Tour Book and very thankfully found y'all! Hoppi gave us directions and said they closed at 4. Needless to say, we were wondering if we would be able to ride our Ultra Classic back to VA the next morning, as we had planned. Thoughts of leaving our bike in WV and renting a car or getting a hotel room for who knows how long crossed our minds. After trailoring the bike in our brother-in-laws trailor, Hoppi and Tink stayed after hours to assess the problem and make the necessary repairs. Kent likened the whole experience to watching your baby go into surgery. Hoppi and Tink are experts and very dedicated to getting the job done. They even offered their private phone numbers in case we needed them. To top things off, Hoppi showed up to pay us a visit and give our baby a little post-op check up. She passed with flying colors and we are blessed to have met Hoppi and Tink. Thanks so very much."

"I was coming over the mountains and lost my back brake. I limped into your dealership 400 miles from home. Not knowing what was wrong and not even know when and if they could get to me, I was met by a savior in your store by the name of Hoppi. "On a road trip from Michigan I came in on Saturday at 3:30 (a half hour before closing) and on a memorial day weekend to boot, desperately needing a rear tire, which was worn and had a piece of metal in it. Jamey the service writer, who knew I was traveling and a long way from home, took one look at the tire and did not hesitate in getting one of the techs to stay over to swap out the tire. Shaun was the tech who volunteered to stay to put my tire on, was very professional and did a great job, quickly swapping out the tire. Not once did I hear any of the guys complaining that they had to stay over. The techs and Jamey were great and never tried to rush us out of there. Tink gave us some great suggestions for roads to hit with lots of twisties and great directions as well. I also had some technical questions for the techs and they were able to answer them for me with clear and concise explanations. All in all you guys saved my trip and did a great job getting me back on the road in quick time frame. Keep up the great work. Thanks again and sorry to keep y'all late on a holiday weekend. P.S. Management: give those guys a raise-they deserve it!! Thanks Again guys!!"
