"On our way back from Maggie Valley North Carolina the rear tire on the Ultra looked ok, But by the time I got close to Beckley it was shot, Hot and heavy running...came in way too late on Monday night, called NRGHD at 9am spoke to Hoppi Mullins, he had the tire and the time to get us in and on our way again back to PA. He noticed the Marine Corps Sticker on the bike came over and we BS'ed for a little found out he served in the Navy and we both hailed for the same area of the US (Small World). Great shop, great people will stop there on my way in to NC in October just to say hello...Parts guys were great also...Great staff all around... "

"Last month as my husband & I were vacationing in West Virginia on our bikes, I lost my back brakes. We found this dealership by using our GPS and showed up. They fixed me up right on the spot and only did what they had to do. We were very impressed in with their honesty, customer service and friendliness. Within hours of leaving the dealership, I somehow broke my drive belt. Was not a good day! Unfortunately, this happened at the bottom of the New River Gorge. We tried to phone AAA and they had no idea where we were. Finally my husband left me to go get help and use the back back at the New River Gorge Harley Dealership, with idea being getting AAA there to tow me out. This didn't seem to want to happen so the knights in shining armour from the dealership came to my resue. You have no idea how happy I was to see that Harley truck and trailer come around the cornor and save me since AAA turned out to be useless in this situation. They ordered my a new belt, helped us with a rental car, and had me fixed and ready to ride again the next day. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THERE!!!! I honestly could not say enough compliementary stuff about all the staff there. Customer Service 101 at its best! M. Maurice"

"Last Wed 28 May 14 I had previously booked appointment to get two new tires and an oil change.Upon arrival I was greeted by Hoppi.After my 2008 Road Glide was carted into the shop I was later approached by Rob,your technician advising me that rear tire was not necessary. I found this honesty by Rob to be truly remarkable.You won't get that up here in Canada.Regardless, both Hoppi's friendly demeanour and Rob's honesty made my service at New River Gorge HD a plesant experience.When my crew of 32 return next year for our annual ride I will let them know of this and return for a new rear tire. Thanks George"

"I was traveliong with my girlfriend from Louisville, Ky to Virginia via the West Virginia backroads. My shifter linkage broke and i was holding it together with electrical tape. I pulled into NRG-HD looking for a part. They did not have the part in stock and i was looking at riding another couple hundred miles to the next dealer. A service tech named Hoppi came out and told me he had heard what my problem was and had found an old rod end and gave it to me FREE! I put the end on and had a very cool conversation with Hoppi about being profiled. In appreciation of this act of goodwill, my girlfriend and i dropped 150 bucks in the merch dept. Kudos to NRG-HD, hope to see you guys again soon."

"I purchased a Ulta from another dealer and during my 1000 mile service they left the clutch basket nut loose in the primary. While riding Saturday the nut backed off so much I lost complete clutch control. I make it to Hico HD, and I got to say these people were GREAT. Hoppie and the Tech Rob showed me what was wrong and I was back on the road in less then 20 minutes. I spoke to Mike the GM and ask if Rob could do my future services. I have purchased many parts and accessories from this dealer only to have the best of service in all departments. Amanada is Super as all the staff they make you fell welcome. Thanks to the complete dealership for all the help."

"On my way home from a long vacation, I stopped at New River Gorge Harley-Davidson to see if the service department could do an inspection on my Harley. I could hear a weird noise coming from the rear tire. The staff there were quick to help me and gave me great advice as to where the problem was. The service department was also great to point out shortcoming on my bike which was built by another Harley Davidson dealership that I was able to correct. I can't say enough about the professionalism and great customer service at this dealership. If you need something done with your Harley or thinking about purchasing a new Harley, go see these guys! Money can't buy the great customer service after the purchase of your Harley! "
