"Last month as my husband & I were vacationing in West Virginia on our bikes, I lost my back brakes. We found this dealership by using our GPS and showed up. They fixed me up right on the spot and only did what they had to do. We were very impressed in with their honesty, customer service and friendliness. Within hours of leaving the dealership, I somehow broke my drive belt. Was not a good day! Unfortunately, this happened at the bottom of the New River Gorge. We tried to phone AAA and they had no idea where we were. Finally my husband left me to go get help and use the back back at the New River Gorge Harley Dealership, with idea being getting AAA there to tow me out. This didn't seem to want to happen so the knights in shining armour from the dealership came to my resue. You have no idea how happy I was to see that Harley truck and trailer come around the cornor and save me since AAA turned out to be useless in this situation. They ordered my a new belt, helped us with a rental car, and had me fixed and ready to ride again the next day. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THERE!!!! "Last Wed 28 May 14 I had previously booked appointment to get two new tires and an oil change.Upon arrival I was greeted by Hoppi.After my 2008 Road Glide was carted into the shop I was later approached by Rob,your technician advising me that rear tire was not necessary. I found this honesty by Rob to be truly remarkable.You won't get that up here in Canada.Regardless, both Hoppi's friendly demeanour and Rob's honesty made my service at New River Gorge HD a plesant experience.When my crew of 32 return next year for our annual ride I will let them know of this and return for a new rear tire. "I was traveliong with my girlfriend from Louisville, Ky to Virginia via the West Virginia backroads. My shifter linkage broke and i was holding it together with electrical tape. I pulled into NRG-HD looking for a part. They did not have the part in stock and i was looking at riding another couple hundred miles to the next dealer. A service tech named Hoppi came out and told me he had heard what my problem was and had found an old rod end and gave it to me FREE! I put the end on and had a very cool conversation with Hoppi about being profiled. In appreciation of this act of goodwill, my girlfriend and i dropped 150 bucks in the merch dept. Kudos to NRG-HD, hope to see you guys again soon."

"I purchased a Ulta from another dealer and during my 1000 mile service they left the clutch basket nut loose in the primary. While riding Saturday the nut backed off so much I lost complete clutch control. I make it to Hico HD, and I got to say these people were GREAT. Hoppie and the Tech Rob showed me what was wrong and I was back on the road in less then 20 minutes. I spoke to Mike the GM and ask if Rob could do my future services. I have purchased many parts and accessories from this dealer only to have the best of service in all departments. Amanada is Super as all the staff they make you fell welcome. "On my way home from a long vacation, I stopped at New River Gorge Harley-Davidson to see if the service department could do an inspection on my Harley. I could hear a weird noise coming from the rear tire. The staff there were quick to help me and gave me great advice as to where the problem was. The service department was also great to point out shortcoming on my bike which was built by another Harley Davidson dealership that I was able to correct. I can't say enough about the professionalism and great customer service at this dealership. If you need something done with your Harley or thinking about purchasing a new Harley, go see these guys! Money can't buy the great customer service after the purchase of your Harley! "

"My Road King broke down and I had it towed to the shop. Hoppi took me right in when my bike showed up on a flat bed at 8am. The problem was diagnosed quickly by Jessi and I decided to trade the bike instead of mess up my trip with my good buddies. Was headed to the Tennessee State hog rally and 5 days of riding. Bought a 2013 Road Glide Custom from Mike Thomas. Beautiful bike. Mike got me on the road by 1300! Thanks for your help Mike! "Hoppi.....you are the man! I received most excellent service last Wednesday the 19th of May. Due to some "dumbassery" of my own doing, by riding off a 4 inch curb at my first gas stop of a 3000 miler, I managed to break off my jiffy stand spring.....uugghh.... So at each stop, I had to bend over and zip tie the jiffystand to the frame while sitting on and balancing it. It was just a matter of time till I dropped it but I managed not to. Then, with no appointment, and a desperate look on my face, Hoppi felt my pain and worked my bike in. 45 minutes later I was on the road. Once again, service like this is getting more and more difficult to find. They put me on the top of the todo list and got me back on the road. Thanks again, Jim"

"as I was riding by NRG harley I yanked in to see if they could figure out the knocking in my engine, Hoppi & Jessie came out and found a cable laying across my fender and strapped it back to my crash bar - knocking gone, it was a beautiful day and fixing that problem made for a much nicer ride through hawks nest - thanks brothers"

"HEYYY HEYY HEYY HOPPI !!! Thanks for getting me in for my 1000 mile service back in July. I came through from South Carolina on my way to Morgantown, called u on a Thursday night, u got me in on Friday morning. Everyone was AWSOME, wish u coulda gone to Mountain Fest with us. "My wife Tammy and I rode through on vacation, I discovered a problem with my bike while there and had the Service Manager (Hoppi) take a look at it. During my repair they discovered another problem with my bike. The mechanic that had been working on my bike brought me into the shop and showed me and explained the problem thoroughly. I wish I could remember the mechanics name, he was very professional and very knowledgable. The reapir was made quickly and during our brief stay at NRGHD Hoppi made us feel right at home and like family. If all Harley Dealers were as great as this one, Harley Davidson would have backorders on their bikes again. I commend this dealership for making me and my wife feel at home and truly hope that I can visit them again real soon. Thanks Hoppi for helping us!"

"We were on vacation, found we had trouble, had a flat tire on the rear of her 08 softail , hoppi sent a trailer to pick up the bike, I thought that was so awesome, then I found that my 03 Roadking had a bad tire on the rear of it, so called hoppi back and he got both bikes right in, the scale doesn't go high enough thanks to the service dept. hoppi and crew got us back on the road again. ps. "We were taking a well-deserved vacation from reality at Babcock State Park w/ family. Just before going on a bike-ride at 3p.m. on a Saturday, Kent heard a strange noise coming from the starter. We looked for a dealership in the HOG Tour Book and very thankfully found y'all! Hoppi gave us directions and said they closed at 4. Needless to say, we were wondering if we would be able to ride our Ultra Classic back to VA the next morning, as we had planned. Thoughts of leaving our bike in WV and renting a car or getting a hotel room for who knows how long crossed our minds. After trailoring the bike in our brother-in-laws trailor, Hoppi and Tink stayed after hours to assess the problem and make the necessary repairs. Kent likened the whole experience to watching your baby go into surgery. Hoppi and Tink are experts and very dedicated to getting the job done. They even offered their private phone numbers in case we needed them. To top things off, Hoppi showed up to pay us a visit and give our baby a little post-op check up. She passed with flying colors and we are blessed to have met Hoppi and Tink. Thanks so very much."

"On a road trip from Michigan I came in on Saturday at 3:30 (a half hour before closing) and on a memorial day weekend to boot, desperately needing a rear tire, which was worn and had a piece of metal in it. Jamey the service writer, who knew I was traveling and a long way from home, took one look at the tire and did not hesitate in getting one of the techs to stay over to swap out the tire. Shaun was the tech who volunteered to stay to put my tire on, was very professional and did a great job, quickly swapping out the tire. Not once did I hear any of the guys complaining that they had to stay over. The techs and Jamey were great and never tried to rush us out of there. Tink gave us some great suggestions for roads to hit with lots of twisties and great directions as well. I also had some technical questions for the techs and they were able to answer them for me with clear and concise explanations. All in all you guys saved my trip and did a great job getting me back on the road in quick time frame. Keep up the great work. Thanks again and sorry to keep y'all late on a holiday weekend. P.S. Management: give those guys a raise-they deserve it!! Thanks Again guys!!"
