  • "I was traveliong with my girlfriend from Louisville, Ky to Virginia via the West Virginia backroads. My shifter linkage broke and i was holding it together with electrical tape. I pulled into NRG-HD looking for a part. They did not have the part in stock and i was looking at riding another couple hundred miles to the next dealer. A service tech named Hoppi came out and told me he had heard what my problem was and had found an old rod end and gave it to me FREE! I put the end on and had a very cool conversation with Hoppi about being profiled. In appreciation of this act of goodwill, my girlfriend and i dropped 150 bucks in the merch dept. Kudos to NRG-HD, hope to see you guys again soon."

  • "I purchased a Ulta from another dealer and during my 1000 mile service they left the clutch basket nut loose in the primary. While riding Saturday the nut backed off so much I lost complete clutch control. I make it to Hico HD, and I got to say these people were GREAT. Hoppie and the Tech Rob showed me what was wrong and I was back on the road in less then 20 minutes. I spoke to Mike the GM and ask if Rob could do my future services. I have purchased many parts and accessories from this dealer only to have the best of service in all departments. Amanada is Super as all the staff they make you fell welcome.   • "On my way home from a long vacation, I stopped at New River Gorge Harley-Davidson to see if the service department could do an inspection on my Harley. I could hear a weird noise coming from the rear tire. The staff there were quick to help me and gave me great advice as to where the problem was. The service department was also great to point out shortcoming on my bike which was built by another Harley Davidson dealership that I was able to correct. I can't say enough about the professionalism and great customer service at this dealership. If you need something done with your Harley or thinking about purchasing a new Harley, go see these guys! Money can't buy the great customer service after the purchase of your Harley!"

It's hard to find an old fashion honest deal these days and that's exactly what we received.The bike was spotless and one of the guys from the back,wish I had got his name,came out while I was looking it over and ask if everything looked ok and if there was anything I saw that needed more attention. When we got in the office there were no "Hidden Charges" that so dealers try to pull once they get you to the dealership.Everything Mike and I discussed over the phone was exactly what he made sure was with the bike and the price was what we had agreed on.   • "Hoppi.....you are the man! I received most excellent service last Wednesday the 19th of May. Due to some "dumbassery" of my own doing, by riding off a 4 inch curb at my first gas stop of a 3000 miler, I managed to break off my jiffy stand spring.....uugghh.... So at each stop, I had to bend over and zip tie the jiffystand to the frame while sitting on and balancing it. It was just a matter of time till I dropped it but I managed not to. Then, with no appointment, and a desperate look on my face, Hoppi felt my pain and worked my bike in. 45 minutes later I was on the road. Once again, service like this is getting more and more difficult to find. They put me on the top of the todo list and got me back on the road. Thanks again, Jim"

  • "as I was riding by NRG harley I yanked in to see if they could figure out the knocking in my engine, Hoppi & Jessie came out and found a cable laying across my fender and strapped it back to my crash bar - knocking gone, it was a beautiful day and fixing that problem made for a much nicer ride through hawks nest - thanks brothers"

I came through from South Carolina on my way to Morgantown, called u on a Thursday night, u got me in on Friday morning. Everyone was AWSOME, wish u coulda gone to Mountain Fest with us.   • "My wife Tammy and I rode through on vacation, I discovered a problem with my bike while there and had the Service Manager (Hoppi) take a look at it. During my repair they discovered another problem with my bike. The mechanic that had been working on my bike brought me into the shop and showed me and explained the problem thoroughly. I wish I could remember the mechanics name, he was very professional and very knowledgable. The reapir was made quickly and during our brief stay at NRGHD Hoppi made us feel right at home and like family. If all Harley Dealers were as great as this one, Harley Davidson would have backorders on their bikes again. I commend this dealership for making me and my wife feel at home and truly hope that I can visit them again real soon. Thanks Hoppi for helping us!"
