From scheduled maintenance to custom upgrades, we have the factory-approved parts, tools, and diagnostic equipment to keep your motorcycle tuned exactly to Harley-Davidson® standards.

All of our technicians are factory certified and trained through Harley-Davidson® Motor Company and follow a continuing education plan through Harley-Davidson® University. This means that they are completely up-to-date on the latest developments for your particular model. We offer immediate access to your factory warranty history, safety campaigns, engine management system upgrades, and technical information.

We will schedule you a day to bring your bike in - service is first come, first served on your scheduled day and we open at 9 a.m. During the busy riding season, keep in mind that we COULD be booked up as much as 2-3 weeks.

You can also click on the Schedule Appointment Request button and submit your information online. Submitting an appointment request is NOT a guarantee that your requested day will be available. One of our Service Staff will contact you by phone within 1 business day to confirm your appointment. If you submit a request on Sunday or Monday when our Service Department is closed, keep in mind that it will not be received until Tuesday. Please submit a good daytime contact phone number so that we may reach you. If you have not received a call within 24 business hours, please call us.

When scheduling your appointment, please note that we will need your bike for the entire day of the scheduled appointment. You can drop off the day before but should plan on pick-up the day AFTER your scheduled day unless we advise you otherwise (i.e. larger jobs). As always, we will notify you when your bike is ready to be picked-up.

We will take your motorcycle without an appointment, however we don't recommend it. Work-ins are just that: worked-in IF and when a spot is available.

Even though it's a seasonal business and we get very busy during the summer months, our goal is to set a reasonable, reliable completion date for most scheduled repairs.

If you are a National H.O.G.® member, contact H.O.G.® Roadside Assistance 24-hours a day at (888) 443-5896. National H.O.G.® members are entitled to one free tow every year, with a maximum of $100. You can upgrade your membership for unlimited service at (800) CLUB-HOG.


  • Q. What do I do if I lose my security fob? A. In the event of an emergency (e.g., lost or disabled fob), your Harley-Davidson® Smart Security System can be disarmed through the manual override function. This is an involved process, which requires you to enter a pin number that we have programmed into your Smart Security System. Refer to page 11 for the step-by-step process.
  • Q. Is towing covered by my factory warranty? A. No, towing is not covered under your factory warranty. However, active full and full-life membership in the Harley® Owners Group includes H.O.G.® Roadside Assistance Standard Package which covers one tow per year up to $100 (upgrades are available). In addition, if you take advantage of the Harley-Davidson® Extended Service Plan, you can receive reimbursements for rental vehicles, pick-up, towing charges and even lodging and meals if you are stranded away from home.
